I just want my retro handheld to run everything up to PS2 and GooglePlay, that's it. I much prefer next gen gaming in my living room on the big screen. I have zero clue how to download games, emulators, custom front ends etc so I went with the $245 black RG556 variant that comes preloaded with 4400 retro arcade and home console games including about 30 PS2 games. The preloaded library is fantastic. When I saw how well PS2 games run on the RG556, I took a chance and ordered that 480 PS2 games SD card from AliExpress. This SD card is so good it's never leaving my device. It's a remarkably great and well rounded library including a lot more AAA titles than I was expecting. And they run awesome! The RG556 automaps the control layout for all 480 PS2 games perfectly! Had a friend who knows this stuff come over and set it up in addition to adding my all time favorite PS2 game MOH; Frontline to the library. So including GooglePlay downloads my RG556 is completely stacked with over 5000 games. I freaking love this thing. And the 1080p AMOLED screen makes every retro game look completely remastered. I love the control layout and button feel, and I've never played a retro handheld that was so comfortable to hold. This comment is getting long winded so I'll leave it there but yeah, wow what an incredible budget friendly beast.

I ordered a new what was listed as a 353v on eBay and they send a 353vs, I didn't really care about Android but I was still a bit miffed. Maybe the seller didn't know the difference. The performance is same on Linux for both right?

It is Super Mario Bros. 4, technically, and I've always liked Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, and Super Mario World far more than the first and third. Evens are best!

I have one. It's decent. Pay $100 more and get a bamboo, or 60 more and a flash forge 5m. My 5m kills my Kobra Neo 2 in speed, even after upgrading my Kobra Neo 2 with klipper. Save your $$$. I get quality prints, but I get better prints off of my 5m at twice the speed.

Why is every tutorial involving usbs or leaving usb drives sticking out of the console or mods that add fancy new boot menus? Why can't I find the mod I used years ago..

Thanks for the review there! We have a fairly new arcade downtown and the Foofighters pinball is one of the tables they have there. Haven't played it yet but Stern's Jaws pinball is also really fun.

Good coverage on the general parts of the game. There are a couple pieces of info that have been updated, or could be made more clear. The band had 10 albums when the game launched, but their 11th album came out a few months later. 2 songs from this new album were added with code updates, bringing the song total up to 17. The info in the 'Design and Artwork' could be made more clear. Jack Danger should be credited as the game/playfield designer. Zombie Yeti is the artist for the artwork. The post that kicks the ball back into play is a Premium/LE feature. For Pro games, it acts like a software ball save and autolaunches a new ball when lit. Glad you're having fun with it!

Hey I watched Super Game Room Dudes the other day and subscribed and was browsing through your videos and ran across this one. I had an Asteroids Deluxe cabinet that had a major glitch on the title game. Asteroids Deluxe only had 2 lives but on my Tempest cabinet it’s fixed and has 3 lives. I’m wondering is it possible to take the fixed rom from Tempest and put it on Asteroids Deluxe?

I’ve never purchased a handheld like this, is the website reputable? Just want to make sure I don’t spend $200 and lose my money cause believe it or not that’s not cheap lol

for anything above 3ds rg556 is better (wider and bigger oled display), for anything below RGB30 is better (retro doad centeres cause above, price l, dimensions, quieter buttons, frontal speakers…)

seems like it'd be better for 3ds and the older retro stuff, even MAME pc engine and neo geo. would not touch PS1 and above though.

Yeah idk what I'm doing wrong. Followed multiple tutorials but the games are just NOT booting when I click them in Emulation Station. I just get a black screen.
